Brett Armstrong
Brett is the heart of the Gavin rock-machine.
Vocalist, main song-writer, and guitar god: Gavin would
be a hollow shell, somewhat like a peanut's, without him. His catchy guitar riffs nicely compliment
his amazing vocal ability.
Gru started "The Gavins" back in high school playing nirvana and other grunge classics.
His natural ability and hard work has always been the maypole around which other Gavin members
run & skip.

Peter Galati
Pete is possibly the loudist drummer in the world! I can't back that statement up with any statistics
because who would possibly want to do the testing, but trust me he's loud!
Long ago when Gavin looked at themselves and found they had no rhythym it was Pete who put his hand
up and said "I am rock, hear me roar!". Pete's driving beats and ability to play exactly
what the song requires, lays down a solid foundation for the band. Not afraid to give anything a go,
and by far Gavin's least sociopathic personality, Pete is the crazy-glue holding gavin in some crazy
conjoined rock pose.
In his enormous amount of spare time Pete also plays in alterna-folk-indie-gothTM outfit Cypher.

Jason Duffett
Jason honed his teeth playing al-crappella funk-rock in mostly unsuccessful teenage sex fiends Thirstee,
before signing up in his new role as second-fiddle guitarist in Gavin. But there is nothing second-fiddle about
this young six-string-slashing brute. His guitar parts flesh out the gavin sound sometimes taking it to strange
faraway places but always returning once the message has been delivered. His help with song-writing and
arranging has always complimented the songs and his dedication to the band is an inspiration to behold.
Jason is the vicious, razor threaded whip whose sweet caress drives gavin to greater and greater musical and
alcohol related successes.
Jason also maintains GavNET and the
Gavin mailing list as well as sometimes
performing in on-again, off-again volume merchants Bug.

Travis Bakos
Trav was one of the founders of the origianl Gavin line-up. Back in the days when the group was a 3 piece,
his bass lines combined with Pete's drum beats created the foundations of the group.
After years of playing with the group, the talented musician left the group on a journey to travel
the Country and explore the land. This would not be the end of the band however......

Rocky Galati
Rocky, Pete's brother, spent a few years as our pseudo-secret 5th member - working the
Gavin dials for most of our live shows and demo-recordings before stepping up and taking over
from original Gavin bass-player Trav. Rocky is a human groove box. If there is anything resembling
a groove in a song Rocky will take it and sweet-talk it and massage it and other things that are too
explicit to mention here until that groove is filling the aural sound scape and everyone in the room
is doing the funky mashed potato. Rocky's bass playing and professionalism are the corner-stone of Gavin,
Rock is the rock that Gavin build
their house of muscial cards upon.
Rocky also reforms the musical legacy of Thirstee along with Duff in those monsters of moderation Bug.
