"The Brunny St Thang..."

"Dear Duff,

Big was definitely the word I would use to describe the Brunswick Street Festival show!

Big hangovers, big hair, big stenches coming from all the gavin party, and a small crowd gathered around the Push stage. Quite a few people stopped for a look while they were passing by. Unfortuantly we pumped out no new songs, but have still easily won the trip to sydney... (sarcastic if you didnt get it)

A few gig saviours were - all the hard working Push crew, including Robbsy with his generous intro for us, all our friends that turned up to support us, the mixer eating his lunch while we played, and the stage outside the punter's club with all the good bands on it...

We did get a copy of the Push CD and I lent my amp to the band before us. We also bought a drink from the stall across the road and you got your guitar knocked over by some fat, dopey prick...

The list is endless but to keep the negative reviews going I'll leave it there...not!

The parade was pretty cool and a float went by with the Fo. Corp. crew manning it, and a float of girls with soap suds and g-strings also cruised by. yeah defintiely big.

Regards From Gru."
